Joining the alliance

Each AIYD member designates one or more staff members to regularly engage with us on behalf of their organization, reporting back to their CEO or senior leadership. We meet regularly to discuss topics important to the youth development community and we rely on our members’ input and resources and those who choose to serve in our leadership capacities.

DUES

AIYD members pay an annual membership contribution to support our ongoing operational and administrative costs and activities. Member dues for the year are due by June 30th. The amount of contribution requested depends on the size of the member institution as follows:

  • $3,000 for organizations with prior-year revenue above $3,000,000

  • $1,500 for organizations with prior-year revenue between $3,000,000 and $1,000,000

  • Voluntary, nominal contributions for organizations with prior-year revenue below $1,000,000.

For members with multiple legal entities, dues calculation is based on US entity prior-year revenue only.

Membership dues ensure that AIYD can conduct regular meetings, conferences, and other special events with the goal of supporting the work of the Alliance, its members, and the larger youth development community.
